Soldier stamps are listed and valued according to the Wittwer catalog. Airmail covers are listed and valued per the Schweizerisches Luftpost-Handbuch where appropriate. Liechtenstein revenues are listed and valued per the Erler catalog (1981!). Catalog values are converted to dollars at the rate CHF 1 = US$ 1.10.
