UN Postal Administration, Geneva

Beginning in 1969, the UNPA assumed responsibility for franking mail originating at UN offices in Geneva. Previously, the UN agencies had used specially prepared issues provided by the Swiss PTT. Since then, the UNPA Geneva office has issued over 100 stamps in coordination with the other UNPA offices in New York and Vienna.
